This machine tool is a CNC single‑column vertical lathe specially designed and developed for machining wheel rim, spoke, and hub components in the automotive wheel industry. It features a single‑spindle, single‑turret or dual‑turret configuration, with workpieces mounted vertically, making it ideal for high‑precision turning of disc‑shaped parts, short shafts, and complex curved‑surface components.
The machine tool employs a dedicated spoke/hub clamping mechanism:
Equipped with a hydraulic chuck or a dedicated fixture, ensuring stable and reliable workpiece clamping. The clamping force is adjustable, accommodating workpieces of various specifications.
Quick changeover design to meet the demands of multi‑variety production.
CNC System: Equipped with a high-performance CNC system (such as KND, Guangzhou CNC, or a mainstream domestic brand), supporting multi-axis simultaneous control.
Control Panel: Swing-arm type centralized control panel, rotatable for easy adjustment and convenient operation.
Safety Protection: Fully enclosed guard, ensuring operational safety and workshop cleanliness.
