Product Overview
The retaining ring rolling machine is a specialized processing device designed to roll straight‑profile sections (shaped profiles) into circular or custom‑arc‑shaped components. In the automotive manufacturing industry, this equipment serves as a core piece of machinery for producing wheel retaining rings, elastic retaining rings, and various annular parts.
The equipment integrates motor-driven operation and manual positioning adjustment. By simply changing the mold, this model offers multi‑purpose functionality.
The machine’s frame is constructed from high‑strength steel plates, either welded or cast, and undergoes stress‑relief treatment, ensuring excellent seismic resistance and stability. The core drive system employs fully motorized transmission technology: a spindle motor drives a reducer, which in turn powers a split‑shaft gearbox to deliver power to both the upper and lower spindles. Each of the upper spindle’s front and rear ends is equipped with a lead‑screw lift, enabling adjustment of the roll‑forming diameter and precise control of product quality. Unlike conventional single‑roller drive systems, certain models feature powered drive for all internal and external rollers, effectively eliminating slippage and surface scratching while guaranteeing sufficient forming torque for large‑diameter, thick‑walled retaining rings.
In 2012, it was recognized as "Jilin Science and Technology Enterprise" by Jilin Science and Technology Department ". In November 2013, it became the cooperative education base of Changchun Institute of Technology.
