The steel rim flattening and valve‑hole punching machine is a specialized double‑acting hydraulic press designed for the flattening of the bead seat and the punching of the valve hole on medium‑ and heavy‑duty tubeless wheel rims. This equipment integrates two processing steps into one and, in the steel wheel rim manufacturing process, follows the rolling operation, serving as an essential finishing unit prior to final machining of the rim.
This equipment is widely used in: Tubeless wheel rims for medium- and heavy-duty trucks; steel wheel rims for light trucks and buses; wheel rims for construction machinery.
Press‑forming and punching of agricultural machinery wheel hubs. The equipment features a combined structure with a main cylinder and a punching cylinder; the punching cylinder uses the main cylinder’s slide as its cylinder body, enabling two operations to be performed on a single machine. This design reduces capital investment and saves workshop space while minimizing the number of workpiece transfers. Depending on the required punching location for the specific product, the machine can be configured with an adjustable angle or as a vertical punch‑press. Parameters such as working pressure, speed, and stroke range are all adjustable to meet process requirements, accommodating the machining needs of rims with various specifications. Compared with conventional drilling for valve‑hole production, hydraulic punching offers the following advantages: higher processing efficiency, faster cycle times, burr‑free hole edges, superior quality, no deformation of the valve holes, easier operator access, and reduced labor intensity.
