This guide wheel is a high-performance guiding component specially designed to match various roll‑forming machines and is widely used in rim‑forming operations. During machine operation, the guide wheel precisely guides the workpiece along a predetermined path, ensuring consistent forming dimensions and superior surface quality.
Key Features
High-precision guidance: Machined by CNC grinding, roundness and coaxiality tolerances are controlled to ≤0.03 mm, ensuring that the workpiece remains stable without deviation or vibration during the rolling process.
Exceptional wear resistance: Constructed from GCr15 bearing steel, Cr12MoV tool steel, or cemented carbide, and subjected to full‑through heat treatment, the surface hardness reaches HRC 58–62, delivering a service life far superior to that of standard guide wheels.
Impact‑Resistant Structure: Monolithic or modular flange designs with chamfered edges that optimize stress distribution, enabling operation under high‑load and intermittent impact conditions while preventing edge chipping or fracture.
In 2012, it was recognized as "Jilin Science and Technology Enterprise" by Jilin Science and Technology Department ". In November 2013, it became the cooperative education base of Changchun Institute of Technology.
