Product Overview
This mold is specially designed for spoke Design of deep drawing, flanging, and forming processes. Through multi‑stage drawing, a flat blank is transformed into a spoke blank featuring complex ribs, bolt‑hole mounting surfaces, and central positioning features. The die structure balances high‑strength guidance, resistance to eccentric loading, and wear resistance, ensuring dimensional accuracy of the spoke profile and consistent wall thickness in mass production.
Key Features
Stepwise Stretch Design : It can deliver a composite structure comprising rough drawing, secondary drawing, finish forming, and flanging. The radii of drawn corners and the layout of draw beads are optimized through CAE simulation, effectively controlling material flow and preventing cracking or wrinkling.
High-performance mold materials : The critical working parts of the punch and die are made of Cr12MoV , after vacuum quenching and tempering, the hardness can reach HRC58–62 , with excellent wear resistance and anti-adhesion properties.
Guidance and Anti-Off-Center Load Structure : Four guide posts with self-lubricating copper alloy guide plates, featuring precision gap adjustment (≤0.02 mm), designed to accommodate high-tonnage eccentric loading conditions and extend die‑closing accuracy.
In 2012, it was recognized as "Jilin Science and Technology Enterprise" by Jilin Science and Technology Department ". In November 2013, it became the cooperative education base of Changchun Institute of Technology.
