Four-column hydraulic press
A four‑column hydraulic press (also known as a hydraulic press) operates on the principle of Pascal’s law, using a hydraulic transmission system to transfer the pressure generated by the power unit (hydraulic pump and motor) to the actuating mechanism (hydraulic cylinder), thereby driving the slide to perform forming operations on the workpiece.
The most distinctive structural feature of this equipment is its “three-beam, four-column” configuration. This symmetrical layout ensures high rigidity and excellent resistance to eccentric loads, making it well suited for mounting large dies and performing precision stamping operations.
Three beams: It comprises the upper crossbeam (which houses the fixed hydraulic cylinder), the movable crossbeam (the slide, which drives the mold to move vertically), and the worktable (the lower crossbeam, which secures the mold and the workpiece).
Four Pillars: Four high-strength columns—typically chrome-plated and quenched—connect the three beams, providing precise guidance for the moving crossbeam.
The equipment can be installed in either a horizontal or vertical configuration, allowing you to choose the layout that best suits your available space.

Servo Drive Technology: Servo motors are used in place of conventional motors to achieve on-demand power supply. Compared with traditional models, this approach delivers 30%–50% energy savings, while also reducing noise, minimizing temperature rise, and improving pressure control accuracy to as high as ±1%.
High-precision control: When integrated with a PLC and a closed-loop control system, the positioning repeatability can reach ±0.1 mm or even better.
